Quanex (NYSE: NX) is seeking a Global Senior Product Manager to lead the Access Solutions portfolio across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Based in New Haven, CT with flexibility for other locations, this role owns the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management to drive profitable growth.

You will define global roadmaps, coordinate with regional marketing, sales, and operations, and ensure products meet safety, building codes, and ESG standards while delivering customer value across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field is required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in building products or safety technologies.
• Proven ownership of P&L and portfolio profitability.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling global product strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and segmentation to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead VOC programs to ensure customer needs drive product innovation.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps with prioritization based on impact.
• Drive new product development and global product launches with regional teams.
• Define global pricing, positioning, and messaging strategies to maximize adoption.
