FIT House of Brands is seeking a Senior Athletics Education Manager, Pilates to lead education across FS8 and VAURA brands. You will align programming, ensure high-quality delivery, and mentor Training Managers while upholding brand standards in a global network.

Your role focuses on trainer induction, ongoing education, Head Trainer enablement, and continuous improvement of the member experience through structured education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fitness education delivery.
• Experience with trainer development and onboarding.
• Strong collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the Training Manager team across the network, providing coaching and direction.
• Set priorities and workload for Training Managers to ensure on-brand execution.
• Act as the escalation point on programming and education issues for FS8 and VAURA.
• Design and execute athletics education strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Lead trainer inductions (virtual and in-person) and ensure consistent onboarding.
• Equip Head Trainers to lead and coach their teams effectively.
• Conduct quality control checks and provide actionable feedback.
• Plan quarterly athletics workshops and support continuing education pathways.
