Job summary

FIT House of Brands in Austin, TX seeks a Training Manager to lead education across the global FS8 and VAURA networks, ensuring programming integrity, movement quality, and coaching standards at every studio. This role partners with the Director of Athletics to design and implement trainer education strategies and to drive consis­tent delivery across studios worldwide.

The position is delivery-first and travel-intensive, spending the majority of time on the road conducting trainer inductions,

Qualifications

• Travel-intensive role (~80% travel)
• Lead trainer inductions (2–3 per month)
• Head Trainer support and coaching
• Quality control workshops and studio evaluations
• HQ-led studio openings support
• Continual education and workshop development

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 trainer inductions per month on-site
• Maintain completion checklists for each trainee
• Coordinate induction logistics with studios
• Evaluate final trainee previews before joining paid schedule
• Maintain and evolve induction content with program changes
• Manage Head Trainers with regular in-person visits
• Provide studio evaluations and actionable feedback
• Support quarterly athletics workshops and education rollouts
• Assist with HQ-led studio openings and brand standards
• Support marketing with athletics input as needed
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices
