Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in mechatronics and machine design.
• Hands-on experience with hardware integration and testing of mechatronic components.
• Fabrication experience in assembly, sheet metal production, welding, or CNC machining is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex mechatronic systems.
• Analyze complex system trade-offs to recommend optimized architectural solutions.
• Perform rigorous engineering calculations and simulations to validate system performance.
• Ensure all designs comply with internal procedures and international regulations.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing technical direction to global teams.
• Manage strategic relationships with vendors and technology partners.
• Lead cost-reduction exercises to optimize existing designs.
