Qualifications

• Six to ten years of relevant experience in mechatronics and machine design.
• Hands-on experience with hardware integration and testing of mechatronic components.
• Fabrication experience in assembly, sheet metal production, welding, or CNC machining is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of complex mechatronic systems.
• Analyze complex system trade-offs to recommend architectural solutions.
• Partner with customers to define Engineering Scope of Work (SOW).
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate performance.
• Ensure designs comply with standards and regulations.
• Mentor global engineering teams and drive technology adoption.
