Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Senior Manager of Medical Advanced Engineering to lead global tech initiatives and rapid prototyping efforts across TE Medical. The role reports to the CTO and requires strong leadership of technical teams and cross-functional partners to deliver innovative medical solutions.

The position emphasizes technology roadmaps, early development, and close collaboration with sales, product management, and operations to meet customer needs and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or higher from an accredited university.
• 10+ years in medical product development or similar
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support a global organization
• Experience leading technical teams >15 people

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Advanced Technology team and the PROPELUS program across TE Medical.
• Develop technology roadmaps and drive project execution aligned with medical strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Operations and PMO to balance customer needs with capacity.
• Foster rapid prototyping, early development, and scalable transfer to production.
• Oversee monthly business reviews for Propelus prototyping center and Advanced Technology teams.
