Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, Global Strategic Marketing & Innovation to lead the global strategy for MENTOR’s Breast portfolio, with Irvine, CA or Irving, TX as the base location.

You will oversee product marketing and innovation on a worldwide basis, driving growth and aligning with regional markets and global teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing portfolio expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 15 years business experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in upstream and downstream marketing and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategy for marketing and innovation of MENTOR Breast portfolio.
• Own global product marketing plans, pricing, launch and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and Supply Chain.
• Develop value propositions and market growth strategies across regions.
