Lighthouse Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant for an onsite role in Buffalo, NY.

The position requires a CPA license and a Master’s degree in Accounting, with 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably with public accounting audit exposure. Responsibilities include consolidating global accounting operations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and coordinating with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, public accounting audit experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for global teams.
• Flexibility for overtime during audit periods.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and consolidate accounting operations across a global organization.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger with timely monthly reconciliations.
• Lead preparation of financial statements including balance sheets and P&L statements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audits.
• Manage subsidiary accounts and ensure accurate posting and reconciliation.
• Ensure GAAP compliance across accounting functions.
