Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Head of SendTech Finance in a hybrid role based in Shelton, CT. You will lead all FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a global SendTech unit with ~1.3B revenue, partnering with senior leadership and PB Bank for financial visibility.

You will build a high-performing team, optimize processes, and drive strategic decisions with robust modeling across recurring revenue, SaaS, and financing. Collaboration is core to success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial leadership for multi-product units.
• Deep expertise in planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Global consolidation experience and executive-level partnership.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for SendTech, owning budget, 5-year plan, and rolling forecasts.
• Act as strategic advisor to SendTech leadership and President.
• Oversee monthly close, variance analysis, and management commentary.
