Job summary

You will oversee strategy development, supplier negotiations, and risk mitigation while advancing digital transformation and AI-enabled procurement processes. Strong leadership and communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; post-graduate business qualification preferred.
• 8+ years of strategic and operational procurement experience.
• Business-level fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Annual Pipeline: develop global Category Strategy and initiative pipeline.
• Commercial Negotiations: lead high-value negotiations with strategic suppliers.
• Supplier Ecosystems: manage global suppliers, development programs, risk management.
• Guidance & Content: create category guidance translating strategy into actionable content.
• Business Partnering: build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage CSR reviews.
• Team & Budget Oversight: coach procurement staff and monitor budget spend.
