As Anduril continues to grow and tackle complex government and defense missions, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Manager for Security Education & Exercises. This pivotal role is responsible for building a robust security culture by designing, developing, and leading our comprehensive security education and training programs.
You will be the primary driver for creating educational content that spans the full spectrum of security. This includes developing a company-wide security education program with modules on diverse topics for all employees, as well as creating specialized training for our response teams. Concurrently, your expertise will be critical in building and facilitating a robust exercise program, including small and large-scale tabletop exercises for Emergency Response Teams (ERTs), the Crisis Management Team (CMT), and Anduril’s Senior Leadership. This is a hands‑on leadership role for an expert in adult learning and immersive exercise design, aimed at strengthening our overall security posture and preparing Anduril for any crisis.
$129,000 — $171,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
