Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of experience in security systems or related field, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Strong project management and communication skills with ability to lead complex deployments.
• Experience leading security systems teams and coordinating with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deploy security systems for AbbVie locations worldwide.
• Communicate long-range plans for security deployments to diverse audiences.
• Provide technical scope, requirements gathering, and budget oversight for projects.
• Benchmark security posture and recommend modern technologies and skill gaps.
• Manage third-party integrators and contractors to ensure performance standards.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and training for security systems meet regulatory compliance.
