Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a self-starting Security Researcher (RoW) to join our Intelligence Team. You will collect unique sources on hacktivist and state-sponsored actors in South Asia, Latin America, and North Africa, using advanced OSINT tradecraft.

The role requires excellent Hindi and/or Urdu language skills, strong threat intelligence experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams while delivering timely, clear reports that enable analysis and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience navigating cyber threat actor environments including social media, hidden services, and forums.
• Knowledge of South Asia-based hacktivist/state-sponsored groups.
• Practical knowledge of tools and TTPs used by those actors.
• Comprehensive OSINT investigations using advanced Hindi/Urdu language.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal guidance.
• Experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collect information on South Asia, Latin America, and North Africa-based actors.
• Use advanced OSINT to follow leads and track threat actors in online communities.
• Identify current threats and trends in the regions with technical details.
• Create clear internal reports to enable robust analysis.
• Collaborate on analytical reports and threat estimates on related topics.
• Employ secure operational tradecraft methods and practices.
