Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring for a Staff Security Program Manager, International Security to lead a growing, global travel security program and protect people and assets across international offices. You’ll work with executive protection, GSOC, and partners to develop standards, risk assessments, and emergency response capabilities.

You will also drive partnerships with law enforcement, intelligence communities, and in‑country providers while managing budgets and cross‑functional programs across borders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in international security, travel risk management, or protective intelligence.
• Direct experience building corporate travel security programs with international scope.
• Ability to independently own complex programs and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience engaging with foreign law enforcement, diplomatic security, or international partners.
• Hands‑on experience supporting executive protection operations and advance work.
• Experience assessing security requirements for new international offices or markets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own the global travel security program (risk assessments, traveler tracking, duty‑of‑care).
• Establish security standards for international offices and data center locations.
• Build partnerships with law enforcement, intelligence, diplomatic security, and providers.
• Lead risk assessments for market entry and coordinate security coverage for expansions.
• Drive program execution across internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide hands‑on executive protection support and event security when needed.
• Translate threat intelligence into practical guidance for travelers and offices.
• Coordinate incident response and ensure seamless monitoring with internal teams.
• Develop budgets, manage spend, and oversee security tech roadmap.
