Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a seasoned security program professional to support, coordinate, and improve risk management and executive protection operations. The role focuses on driving projects, communicating risk, and enabling secure, efficient responses across client engagements.

You will work with internal teams, vendors, and clients to implement SOPs, playbooks, and escalation paths, while contributing to continuous improvements in operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background and/or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years experience supporting security programs and leading projects.
• Experience in at least one of: Technical Countermeasures/TSCM, information/cyber security ops, executive protection ops.

Responsibilities

• Support security programs and incident response planning and execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure program success.
• Develop and communicate risk mitigations, SOPs, and playbooks.
• Create and deliver operational reports and metrics to leadership.
• Assist in travel readiness, operations support, and after-action reviews.
