Monitorfor, and respond to, physical security incidents.
Collaborate with Risk Intelligence, IT, and InfoSec to respond to incidents.
Notify incident commanders and elevate incidents per protocol
Participate inregular training and exercisesforincidentresponse.
Collaborate with the Security Systems team to report malfunctionsandconducttroubleshooting.
Maintaina culture of customer service excellence.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate orbachelor's degree inCriminal Justice, Security Studiesor a related field preferred.
1+ year of experienceina physical security role.
Knowledge of physical securitysystems.
Experienceinincident response.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to collaborate across business units toresolve incidents.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to assess risk and make an informed-decision during fast-paced incidents.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both written and vocal.
Extended hours may be necessary to support mission-critical operations.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., system hardware).
