Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst – Physical Security

**THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OR CYBERSECURITY POSITION**

Metro One is seeking a highly qualified GSOC Analyst with experience in physical security to perform core functions of the GSOC. The analyst will collaborate with security teams and other departments to analyze requirements, deliver timely insights, and communicate key findings to stakeholders. Responsibilities include assessing risks, monitoring security reports, and reporting on threats to safeguard personnel, facilities, and assets globally. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate global threats and associated risks.
  • Monitor reports and data sources to identify potential threats.
  • Collaborate on daily situation reports supporting the client's global operations.
  • Create analytical reports and presentations for management.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate responses.

Pay Range and Benefits

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monitor access control systems and resolve alarms.
  • Ensure continuous security surveillance (camera monitoring).
  • Facilitate escalation notifications and emergency messaging.
  • Secure safety of personnel, premises, and assets.
  • Report incidents related to political unrest, crime, terrorism, weather, or technical issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond timely to incidents and alarms.
  • Manage physical security controls at designated sites.
  • Analyze evolving situations using tools like OSINT.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with report writing ability.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with computer systems (Microsoft Office, social media monitoring, etc.).
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot risk issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, including escalation to management.
  • Willing to undergo pre-employment screening (drug test, background check).
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Guard card or ability to obtain one.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a security/SOC analyst or similar role.
  • Knowledge of access control systems like Lenel.
