The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, oversee security operations, and build partnerships with law enforcement. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 10 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in security, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Strong working knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and related technologies.
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones; willingness to travel extensively.

• Provide strategic leadership for all GMS security activities.
• Oversee security operations across GMS offices and properties.
• Develop and coordinate scenario-based exercises to validate plans and identify improvements.
