Greystar seeks a GMS Business Security Leader to drive security strategy and program governance across offices and properties. You will oversee operations, incident readiness, and risk assessments while coordinating with law enforcement and enterprise partners.

The role requires a decade of security experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate across cultures and time zones. Travel is expected, with a hybrid work arrangement at Greystar.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in security, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Strategic thinker with leadership experience across distributed or remote environments.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with public safety regulations and interfacing with law enforcement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for all GMS security activities and oversee security operations across offices and properties.
• Direct and monitor security training, drills, and incident readiness programs.
• Monitor events to identify risks and advise leadership on implications to operations and staff.
• Build relationships with law enforcement and enterprise partners; guide security vendor selection and tech updates.
• Ensure accurate incident reporting, data tracking, and participate in internal investigations with Legal/HR.
