About the Role

Uber's Trust and Security team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join its Global Security and Investigations, Insider Risk Team. This role involves monitoring insider risk threats, referring cases to the Global Investigations team, and helping develop a proactive insider risk framework.

What You’ll Do

1. Design, develop, and expand our insider threat capabilities.
2. Collaborate with Uber's Engineering Security team.
3. Manage referrals related to insider threat concerns and coordinate with the business manager and global investigative team.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 4.5 years of experience in Insider Threat programs or related fields such as information security, investigations, law enforcement, data analysis, or risk management.
• Experience with insider threat technologies like User Behavior Analytics, Data Loss Prevention, and SIEM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in insider threat management, including program design and incident review.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and communicate effectively.

For roles based in New York, NY: The salary range is USD $110,000 - $122,000 annually.
