Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Director of Global Security & Intelligence to lead enterprise-wide security, protective intelligence and crisis-response programs in a regulated insurance and financial-services environment.

You will oversee global security strategy, protective intelligence, executive protection, investigations and crisis management, advising executives and committees while coordinating with cyber, risk, legal, HR and catastrophe teams during high-tension events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global corporate security, intelligence, or executive protection programs.
• Strong background in threat assessment and crisis management.
• Experience in highly regulated financial or insurance environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set global security strategy, governance, and operating models for the enterprise.
• Own and lead protective intelligence, investigations, and crisis response.
• Oversee executive protection programs, travel, events, and crisis support.
• Act as executive incident commander for security-related crises and enterprise threats.
• Oversee physical security operations, investigations, and GSOC functions globally.
• Manage law enforcement relationships and security vendors; deploy AI-enabled security technologies.
• Brief Board and Executive Leadership on threat posture and crisis readiness.
• Lead and develop global security and intelligence teams with professionalism and discretion.
