Job summary

F5’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team is seeking a Global Security Specialist to own the operational management of physical security programs worldwide, partnering with regional leadership, Digital, HR, and Legal to protect facilities, data, and employees.

You will lead access control, CCTV, ISO 27001 governance, risk reviews, and vendor deployments across site networks, handling incidents, audits, and security projects while upholding privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Physical Security or related field.
• Experience with Integrated Security Systems (ISS) and physical security operations.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 physical security standards and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Access Control & CCTV systems and maintain troubleshooting workflows.
• Lead ISO 27001 compliance activities and security governance.
• Manage hardware and key systems, vendor deployments, and access provisioning.
• Coordinate global site security projects and incident response.
• Perform risk assessments, reviews, and data protection practices.
