Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Manager, Corporate Security to design, deploy, and manage physical security technology across our global facility portfolio. You will own access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems, ensuring standardization and reliability.

You will partner with security, technology, and facilities teams across Fanatics operating companies to drive security program excellence. The role is hands-on, individual contributor, with international responsibilities and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years administering enterprise access control and video surveillance across large, multi-site portfolios.
• Hands-on experience with major access control platform and one VMS.
• Working knowledge of low‑voltage security hardware and IT/network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise access control platforms and video management systems across all managed sites.
• Serve as technical escalation point for panel, reader, and controller issues, including vendor coordination for hardware failures.
• Manage credential lifecycle, access group structures, and badge provisioning standards across multiple sites.
• Support network-dependent security infrastructure, coordinating with IT on cutovers and SD-WAN changes.
• Lead security systems design and installation for new facility build-outs, relocations, and renovations.
• Review drawings to identify access control, camera, and intrusion detection requirements; flag vulnerabilities before sign-off.
• Develop ROM cost estimates and scopes of work for security systems, including international locations.
• Manage commissioning, testing, and handover documentation for new installations with integrators and property teams.
• Maintain Global Security Design Standards and system documentation; ensure consistency across facilities.
• Investigate outages and unauthorized access; produce root-cause analyses and remediation plans.
