Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking an SCM Manager in Oakland, CA to lead the technology strategy and roadmap for a fast-moving, global supply chain.

This role partners with Demand, Supply, Inventory, Logistics, and S&OP/IBP teams to drive AI-driven forecasting and inventory optimization. The ideal candidate will own the SCM technology ecosystem, manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, and Snowflake, and lead global teams across onshore and offshore resource pools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of supply chain technology experience.
• Experience with modern planning platforms or ERP like SAP IBP, S/4HANA, or Kinaxis.
• Ability to translate supply chain business requirements into technology roadmaps.
• Strong data, integrations, and supply chain technology architecture understanding.

Responsibilities

• Define technology needs and priorities with Supply Chain leaders across domains.
• Own and maintain the SCM technology roadmap across planning, ERP, procurement, data, and logistics platforms.
• Lead and optimize the supply chain planning technology ecosystem.
• Manage integrations between planning platforms and ERP/data systems (SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, Snowflake).
• Evaluate AI/ML capabilities for forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning analytics.
• Lead platform implementations, enhancements, and vendor/partner management.
• Identify data and system risks before they impact operations.
