Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. seeks a Global Supply Chain Process & Systems Manager to standardize and optimize our worldwide supply chain processes and systems, with a focus on SAP.

You will lead cross-functional teams across operations, maintenance, finance, and IT to ensure integrated, data-driven decisions. You will own SAP SCM modules (MM, WM/EWM, PP, FICO) and related tools, drive MDM governance, and champion digital solutions and analytics across the function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain management, with global exposure.
• Conversant with SAP (MM, WM/EWM, PP, IBP, Ariba) and SCM digital tools.
• Proven track record in process improvement, data governance, and system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define, harmonize, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes globally (Plan, Source, Procure, Deliver, Maintain & Sustain).
• Establish global process governance and standards for consistency across regions and units.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce inefficiencies, risks, and data errors.
