Job summary

Merck is seeking a Director, Global Scientific & Value Content (GSVC) within the Value & Implementation (V&I) organization to lead payor-focused scientific content for the Oncology portfolio in the US and globally. The role reports to the Sr Director, Payor Team Lead, GSVC and requires strategic planning and cross-functional leadership across departments.

Responsibilities

Engage with key stakeholders to develop payer and health systems scientific content and translate it into field-ready training and resources.
Incorporate payor and medical insights into GSVC annual product plans across global and US stakeholders.
Create, adapt and prioritize annual GSVC content plans aligned with the V&I Plan.
Develop oncology payer and health systems scientific content addressing payer landscape and guidelines updates.
Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely deployment of scientific training and materials.
Lead and influence across matrixed teams to advance GSVC strategy and priorities.
