Job summary

We seek an Associate Director, Global Strategy, Technology Program Manager to align priorities across markets, functions, and geographies, coordinating stakeholders and external partners to keep the multi-year transformation moving forward.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in program management, transformation, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP, SAP S/4HANA, finance, technology, or business transformation is strongly preferred.
• Strong program management skills and the ability to balance strategic and execution work.
• Strong executive communication skills for senior leadership.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Global SAP program and transformation, establishing governance and cadence.
• Maintain an integrated view of milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Develop concise executive communications to support decisions and risk trade-offs.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across regions and business, technology, finance, data, and change management.
• Serve as a primary coordination point between regional programs and global transformation.
• Define agendas, prepare recommendations, document decisions, and ensure follow-through.
• Help manage consulting and systems integration partners, ensuring alignment with PRH priorities.
• Support leadership in managing scope, resources, and commercial discussions with external partners.
