Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP transformation leader to drive large-scale programs across consumer, goods and services sectors. You will partner with client executives, build global delivery teams, and ensure value realization from strategy through deployment and stabilization.

You will guide programs through SAP S/4HANA designs, builds, tests, go-lives, and hypercare, while leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to improve quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting experience.
• Minimum 6 years in Leadership roles (Delivery Lead, Program Manager, Program Director, or Delivery Executive) for SAP transformation programs.
• Minimum two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for planning, execution, deployment, and business outcomes.
• Experience managing large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources) across geographies.
• Minimum 2 years experience with SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, deployment, data migration, change management, and operational readiness.
• Minimum 2 years experience managing program financials, executive stakeholders, vendors, and complex risks.
• Experience supporting business development, proposal efforts, or pursuit activities for SAP transformation.
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI, automation, or analytics to improve SAP delivery outcomes.
• Prior consulting or advisory experience in enterprise transformation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs as the primary execution leader.
• Partner with client executives to define transformation strategies, roadmaps, governance, and value realization.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across all workstreams.
• Drive program planning, mobilization, estimation, staffing, governance, and financial management.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead executive governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure adoption of SAP leading practices and Accenture methodologies to improve outcomes.
• Guide teams through milestones from design to go-live and transition to support.
• Drive delivery innovation using AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to boost productivity and quality.
• Build trusted client relationships and advise on SAP transformation and business value realization.
• Support account growth through delivery excellence and participation in sales pursuits.
