Accenture plc in the United States seeks a senior SAP Manufacturing leader to design and deliver SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP PP, and MES programs across global manufacturing clients. You will shape transformation agendas, set design direction, and build high-performing delivery teams.

You will lead large-scale SAP Manufacturing programs, drive executive design workshops, and ensure integration across SAP modules and shop-floor systems, while mentoring delivery teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years hands-on SAP Manufacturing experience including PP, Digital Manufacturing, MES, MII, PCo, and integration solutions.
• Experience leading multiple full-lifecycle SAP Manufacturing or MES implementations in a solution lead, functional lead, architect, or program leadership capacity.
• Minimum of 2 years of SAP Digital Manufacturing execution and insights, including configuration, POD design, APIs, data objects, extensions, reports, and analytics.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing master data and transaction data, including materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, orders, confirmations, and quality integration.
• Minimum of 2 years experience designing integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Digital Manufacturing using APIs, IDocs/BAPIs, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and shop-floor connectivity patterns.
• Experience leading client workshops, defining key design decisions, and translating manufacturing objectives into scalable SAP designs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (12 years total).

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic assessment of client manufacturing processes to define future-state SAP Manufacturing and SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, SAP PP, SAP Digital Manufacturing, MES, quality, inventory, warehouse, and shop-floor integration domains.
• Lead large SAP Manufacturing implementations from design to deployment and stabilization.
• Facilitate executive workshops and drive key design decisions with clear recommendations and fit-to-standard guidance.
• Design and govern integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP EWM, SAP QM, SAP BTP, and shop-floor systems.
• Coach and mentor consultants, ensuring delivery quality and risk management.
