Job summary

NTT DATA Services seeks an SAP Data Migration Deployment Manager to lead a global data migration program as part of a large SAP transformation. You will guide planning, execution, and governance for SAP S/4HANA migrations, coordinating with IT and business stakeholders across regions.

The role requires extensive SAP data migration experience, strong PM leadership, and proficiency with AGILE/SAFe frameworks. This position emphasizes stakeholder management and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience including SAP ECC/S/4 HANA and data migration.
• 5+ years of project management experience on large SAP transformation programs.
• Proven track record delivering SAP Data Migration projects in S/4 HANA.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP implementation and data-migration programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional and offshore teams.
• Knowledge of SAP Data Migration strategies and tools (BODS/Syniti/LSMW).
• Project Management qualifications such as Prince2 or PMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the migration project including planning, governance, and control.
• Coordinate across IT and business to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project deliverables.
• Develop and execute project plans with detailed activity sequencing and scheduling.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, change control, risks, and issues.
• Align with PMO to staff the project appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
