Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Global Customer Master Data professional in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, to manage and maintain global customer master data in SAP PRD. You will support internal business units, auditors, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include creating/updating customer master records, handling master data requests, and generating reports for audits. Strong English, data accuracy, and SAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year minimum experience with SAP, preferably in Customer Master Data management.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience with internal stakeholders and auditors.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain global customer master data in SAP PRD, ensuring accurate and compliant information.
• Create and update customer master accounts in SAP PRD including contacts, emails, ship-to accounts, and representative numbers.
• Monitor requests from the Global Customer Master inbox and coordinate with sales organization owners.
• Generate reports to support internal audits and facilitate external audits.
• Perform internal audits of customer master data and follow up with business units and auditors.
• Maintain ship-to reports and address updates, including territory changes.
