Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA seeks a logistics data specialist to lead the mapping and optimization of PFEP master data in SAP, with hands-on field verification (Gemba) to ensure accurate material flows between the ERP and shop floor.

You will design and maintain a centralized PFEP matrix for all SKUs, configure SAP MM/WM/PP data, and drive continuous improvements in replenishment logic, safety stock, and packing standards across warehouses and lines.

Qualifications

• Experience mapping and maintaining master data in SAP MM/WM/PP.
• Ability to design a centralized PFEP matrix for all SKUs.
• Strong eye for data accuracy and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• PFEP Strategy & Architecture for the plant.
• Design, build, and optimize the PFEP matrix as single source of truth.
• Define replenishment logic (Kanban, Just-In-Time, etc.).
• Audit SAP master data and reconcile against physical inventory.
• Align SAP parameters with floor capacity and transit times.
• Conduct Gemba walks to validate digital vs. physical layouts.
• Document packaging, container validation, and line-side logistics.
