Job summary

Sunday Afternoons is seeking an International Sales Operations Coordinator to support sales enablement and the order-to-cash process for international distributors and wholesale accounts. You will coordinate export documentation, multicurrency invoicing, and distributor enablement.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will analyze trends, maintain data integrity, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow the Sunday Afternoons brand in international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; commensurate experience accepted.
• At least three years in sales operations, order management, or related support.
• Experience with international accounts or distributors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the order-to-cash process for international distributors and wholesale accounts.
• Coordinate international shipments and export documentation with logistics partners.
• Ensure multi-currency invoicing and accurate pricing across accounts.
• Onboard new international customers and distributors and set pricing/terms.
• Analyze sales trends and inventory to support distributor growth planning.
• Maintain data hygiene across sales systems and distributor communications.
