Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced global sales enablement managers to help train its latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across core workflows: first-call decks, sales playbooks, battlecards, product launch decks, training presentations, and messaging frameworks.

This is a fully remote, flexible role offering 5-20 hours per week (or more) with compensation of $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales enablement, product marketing enablement, or field readiness.
• Portfolio of sales decks and playbooks adopted by large sales teams.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support training of AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
