Grace, a Standard Industries company, is seeking a Director of Global Procurement Operations in Columbia, MD. This role leads end-to-end Source to Pay and Supplier Lifecycle Management, overseeing ~$2B in spend and driving digital enablement, governance, and procurement technology strategy.

The role partners with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Finance, IT and business leaders to deliver efficiency, savings, and cash flow impact with a 40+ person team.

Qualifications

• Executive-level presence and ability to influence cross functional leaders.
• Deep expertise in global S2P, process design, governance, and digital enablement.
• Demonstrated change leadership; drive digital adoption across regions.
• GPO experience designing standardized process frameworks with KPIs.
• Strong business/financial acumen and total cost management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global S2P digital roadmap, enabling automation and scale.
• Lead optimization of Ariba/SAP and connected procurement tech.
• Set enterprise standards, policies, and controls as Global Process Owner.
• Ensure integration of S2P with planning, manufacturing, finance, and risk.
