Work mode: remote

Location: EMENA or USA

Responsibilities

• Configure and Maintain:Set up and customize Infor's S&OP tools to meet business needs.
• Testing:Develop and execute testing scenarios to ensure technical delivery.
• Compliance:Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Collaboration:Work with supply chain, operations, and IT teams for seamless software integration.
• Technical Support:Troubleshoot and resolve software functionality, performance, and integration issues.
• Performance Monitoring:Regularly monitor system performance and address potential issues.
• Training:Create and deliver training programs for end-users.
• Documentation:Maintain up-to-date system architecture and process documentation.
• Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest developments in Infor's S&OP tools and recommend optimizations.
• Travel:Travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

What will make you successful?

• Education:Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience with any S&OP, preferably Infor.
• Expertise:Strong understanding of S&OP processes and supply chain management.
• Skills:Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Independence:Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
