Job summary

Bank of America in London is seeking a Global Risk Summer Analyst to join a 10-week rotational program. You will gain exposure to seven risk disciplines—Strategic, Market, Credit, Compliance, Liquidity, Operational and Reputational Risk—and contribute to real business challenges.

The role offers hands-on project work, mentorship and opportunities to engage with senior leaders, with potential for a full-time offer starting in 2028 after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with completion between Sep 2027 and Jul 2028.
• On track for minimum 2:1 classication (or equivalent).
• Available to join the programme from Jun 2027 to Aug 2027.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Risk Managers to assess and manage the company's risk exposures according to the Risk Framework.
• Support analysis and projects that contribute to risk policies, controls and frameworks.
• Develop emerging risk assessments, risk scenario analysis, and risk modeling where applicable.
• Support and manage projects related to risk management.
• Support regulatory initiatives and policy implementation while assessing impact on risk practices.
• Promote a culture where effective risk management informs decision-making.
