Job summary

The Virtual Global Security Operations Center (vSOC) at Prosegur Security USA, Inc. in Lowell monitors global events and coordinates client response to crises to minimize impact on operations.

The role operates on a Wednesday–Saturday, 9:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule with an hourly rate of 28.00. The Risk Intelligence Analyst monitors events, analyzes threats using OSINT sources, issues alerts, and dispatches necessary resources to safeguard client assets and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security studies, international relations, or related field or 2+ years military/intelligence training.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to use multiple intelligence, incident management, video management and dispatch systems.
• Excellent time management, project management, oral communication, technical writing and facilitation skills.
• Ability to interact with all management levels and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of security procedures, life safety and business continuity is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor world events and provide overwatch of global operations to anticipate and mitigate risks.
• Issue and elevate notifications, dispatch resources to resolve active events.
• Research, analyze and aggregate threat data from internal and external sources.
• Track major threat trends and create risk reports (Viral outbreaks, terrorism, weather, geo-political issues).
• Issue timely alerts to stay ahead of emerging threats affecting clients.
• Coordinate and dispatch risk operations resources to meet client needs.
• Provide threat monitoring support for client travel, events, and operations.
