SAP Fioneer GmbH is seeking a Senior Finance Manager Revenue Recognition (m/f/d) to lead end-to-end revenue recognition for software licenses, SaaS and services, ensuring IFRS 15 and local GAAP compliance across multiple countries.

The role drives month-, quarter- and year-end close, supports audits, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve processes in a cloud-first setup. English and German fluency are required, with SAP ERP experience (S/4HANA) highly valued.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent is a big plus.
• 6+ years of accounting experience, ideally in software or professional services.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS (IFRS 15) and HGB with practical application.
• Strong experience in financial statement prep, group reporting, and consolidation.
• Experience with SAP ERP, preferably S/4 HANA.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end revenue recognition for software licenses, SaaS, and services across 20 countries.
• Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for revenue and related accounts.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements under IFRS and HGB.
• Coordinate and consolidate group reporting activities for internal and external reporting.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare technical accounting memos and support audits.
• Improve financial systems and processes with a cloud-first focus.
• Be a trusted advisor on revenue and financial reporting topics.
