Job summary

SAP Fioneer is seeking ambitious graduates to join our Core Banking/Financial software team in a remote, international setting. You’ll start with structured onboarding, learn programming languages and frameworks, and support our key clients under mentoring from senior experts.

From day one you’ll work in a client-facing environment, contribute to scalable banking solutions, and develop SAP Banking/ABAP expertise with a clear growth path in a fast-growing, innovative company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering or similar.
• Solid foundation in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C++, ABAP).
• Strong understanding of programming logic (OOP basics, data structures, problem-solving).
• Advanced German (min. B2/C1) – you will work with German-speaking clients.
• Advanced English skills.

What will I be doing?

From the start on, you will be working in a client environment with a focus on e.g. our Core Banking Suite as well as additional modules. You’ll learn from the ground up how service, incident, and escalation management work in a fast-growing and innovative business environment.

Combined with the skills you’ve acquired during your studies, our structured onboarding program will teach you the programming languages and frameworks necessary to successfully support our key clients.

Through mentoring from our experienced experts, you will learn how change management works in an agile environment and develop into an experienced and valuable expert in your own right.

Must-have:
