The Judge Group is seeking a Creative / Digital Producer to lead the development and execution of engaging retail demonstration experiences for a portfolio of innovative consumer technology products. This role shapes customer-facing content, manages creative production workflows, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality retail experiences across global markets.

Hybrid in Mountain View, CA with 2–3 days per week in the office to access confidential hardware.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end customer experience, messaging, and content strategy for retail demonstration programs across consumer technology products.
• Develop compelling product storytelling that highlights key features and benefits while aligning with brand guidelines.
• Ensure content is optimized for in-store customer experiences and product discovery.
• Oversee touchscreen experiences and companion display programs deployed across retail locations worldwide.
• Coordinate updates, content refreshes, and ongoing program enhancements.
• Lead content development for demonstrations embedded on retail display units and manage launch content for upcoming product releases.
• Manage multiple external creative and production agencies simultaneously.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Engineering, and third-party partners to ensure successful deployment of software and content packages.
• Drive alignment among creative, marketing, brand, and leadership stakeholders; secure approvals prior to launch and deployment.
