Job summary

RES is offering a Global Graduate Programme designed to provide graduates with meaningful work experience, professional development and exposure to different areas of the renewable energy industry.

The two-year development programme starts in July 2027, with three rotations across Operations, Commercial and Engineering. It includes structured learning and hands-on project work in a hybrid work model (minimum 4 days in office) and broad exposure to RES services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy or engineering disciplines, or related field.
• Graduated within the past two years or soon to graduate.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within North America for project exposure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotations across Operations, Commercial and Engineering.
• Develop understanding of asset management, commercial strategy and system performance.
• Lead an O&M engineering improvement project focusing on reliability, availability, or cost.
