Strittmatter Wealth Management Group, LLC (SWMG) is seeking a Financial Planning Manager to lead an overseas Paraplanning team from Fort Worth, TX. You will coach, manage workflows, and ensure high-quality financial plans with strong client service.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, coaching staff, improving processes, and maintaining documentation accuracy. This role requires onsite work in Fort Worth, with a focus on leadership and operational excellence in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• 5 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities.
• CFP certification is a plus; Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience managing remote or overseas teams preferred; onsite in Fort Worth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote team of Financial Planners and Paraplanners.
• Oversee daily workflow, prioritize assignments, and ensure timely, accurate completion of financial plans.
• Review financial plans, reports, and recommendations to maintain quality and consistency.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching and feedback, and support development.
• Improve team processes and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with advisors to support client needs and achieve goals.
• Ensure accurate client records, compliance documentation, and proper use of planning software.
• Track team performance metrics and assist with special projects.
