The Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist enables regulatory intelligence and advocacy across markets to drive product stewardship and sustainable growth.

You will bridge Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Innovation, Sustainability, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams, translating complex developments into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline related to regulatory affairs.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship or regulatory strategy.
• Experience supporting global chemical, cleaning or water-treatment portfolios.
• Working knowledge of REACH, CLP/GHS, TSCA, CEPA, UK REACH, K-REACH.
• Familiarity with regulatory impact assessment and horizon-scanning practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global regulatory developments affecting Solenis products and markets.
• Develop regulatory analyses and impact assessments for leadership.
• Lead quarterly regulatory outlook reports and publications.
• Identify regulatory risks and opportunities with long-term implications.
• Maintain regulatory intelligence processes and knowledge sharing.
• Represent Solenis in trade associations and industry groups.
• Collaborate with Innovation, R&D and Product Stewardship for regulatory support.
• Support global regulatory policies, procedures, and governance.
• Provide regulatory guidance for sustainability initiatives.
• Translate regulatory developments into business guidance and communications.
• Prepare executive briefings, white papers and strategic summaries.
