Job summary

Solenis LLC, a leading global provider of water and hygiene solutions, seeks a Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist to shape regulatory strategy across markets. You will bridge Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Innovation, Sustainability, and Government Affairs to advance opportunities and manage risks.

This role emphasizes regulatory intelligence, horizon-scanning, external engagement, and preparation of executive briefs, white papers, and strategic summaries for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, regulatory strategy or government affairs.
• Familiarity with global chemical regulations (REACH, TSCA, CLP/GHS, UK REACH, K-REACH).

Responsibilities

• Monitor emerging global regulatory developments affecting products and markets.
• Develop regulatory trend analyses and strategic impact assessments for leadership.
• Lead quarterly regulatory outlook reports and intelligence publications.
• Support identification of regulatory risks and opportunities for long-term business impact.
• Represent Solenis in trade associations and external regulatory groups.
• Collaborate with Innovation, R&D and Product Stewardship to support new product development.
• Prepare executive briefings, white papers and strategic summaries on regulatory topics.
