Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist to shape regulatory intelligence and strategic insights across markets. You will bridge Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Innovation, Sustainability, Government Affairs and Commercial teams to guide regulatory opportunities and risks.

The role emphasizes collaboration with R&D and external industry groups, ongoing monitoring of global regulations, and delivering executive-grade briefings and papers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline related to regulatory affairs or life sciences.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, regulatory strategy, or government affairs.
• Experience with global chemical regulations and regulatory intelligence practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global regulatory developments affecting Solenis products, technologies, and markets.
• Develop regulatory trend analyses and strategic impact assessments for leadership.
• Lead or contribute to quarterly regulatory outlook reports and intelligence publications.
• Support identification of regulatory risks, opportunities, and long-term business implications.
• Maintain regulatory intelligence processes, tools, and knowledge sharing.
