Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist to drive regulatory intelligence and strategic advocacy across regions. You will bridge Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Innovation, Sustainability, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams to manage regulatory opportunities and mitigate risks for the global portfolio.

The role requires deep knowledge of global chemical regulations, strong collaboration with R&D and external organizations, and the ability to translate complex

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, or regulatory strategy.
• Experience supporting global chemical, cleaning, water treatment, or industrial product portfolios preferred.
• Familiarity with REACH, CLP/GHS, TSCA, CEPA, UK REACH, and K-REACH.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess global regulatory developments affecting Solenis products and markets.
• Develop regulatory trend analyses and strategic impact assessments for leadership.
• Lead quarterly regulatory outlook reports and intelligence publications.
• Identify regulatory risks and opportunities and advise on long-term business implications.
• Maintain regulatory knowledge platforms, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
• Represent Solenis in trade associations and industry committees.
