You will guide product development, claims, labeling, registrations, and market expansion while leading a team of regulatory professionals.

This role partners with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, and Compliance to enable timely launches, manage submissions, monitor changes, and protect market access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regulatory affairs or related experience; interpret requirements for products, labeling, registrations, and market access.
• Experience coordinating regulatory plans, submissions, and cross-market projects.
• 3+ years leading teams; 5 years preferred.
• Strong collaboration with regulatory agencies, consultants, and legal partners.
• Education in a scientific discipline; PMP and direct selling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop regulatory strategies for new products and market entry across multiple markets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams early in development to limit market-specific rework.
• Create and manage regulatory plans for simultaneous product launches.
• Oversee product registrations, licenses, and ongoing regulatory commitments.
• Lead and develop regulatory professionals while improving processes and tools.
