Job summary

CytomX Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a senior Regulatory Affairs Leader to direct global regulatory strategy for diverse programs, with a focus on US and EU filings.

You will partner across functions to align regulatory plans, manage risks, and guide submissions through to potential approvals. You will report to the SVP, Regulatory Affairs and mentor teams while shaping regulatory strategy for oncology and biologics programs across phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive regulatory affairs leadership in biotech/pharma.
• Experience leading major regulatory filings and agency interactions.
• Exposure to US/EU regulatory environments and global strategy.
• Oncology and biologics regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated global regulatory strategies for early and late-stage programs in US/EU.
• Drive major regulatory filings with strategy, planning, and cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare and conduct regulatory meetings, materials, and follow-up actions.
• Serve as senior regulatory lead on cross-functional teams and advise leadership.
• Provide regulatory input to clinical development plans and evidence-generation.
• Ensure regulatory positions are consistent across regions and governance forums.
• Build relationships with health authorities, partners, and internal stakeholders; mentor colleagues.
