This role encompasses overseeing regulatory strategies, compliance, and product registrations across various markets. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, particularly in fragrance or beauty industries, and should possess in-depth knowledge of global regulatory environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years experience in Regulatory Affairs or Compliance.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in fragrance or beauty industries.

Responsabilités

• Lead global regulatory strategy for compliance across markets.
• Manage product dossiers for multiple brands.
• Partner with Product Development for regulatory compliance.
• Oversee global product compliance and registrations.
• Review and approve labeling and marketing copy.
• Monitor global regulatory changes and assess impacts.
• Manage sustainable ingredient sourcing policies.
• Develop and drive ESG strategy and sustainability reporting.
• Provide training on regulatory and ESG requirements.
